HELP & SUPPORT
Keep your training moving.
Help with your account, workouts and training record.
Is my workout saved?
LiftOS saves training on your iPhone as you work. Open Profile & settings → Data and account to check cloud backup status. A disconnected or failed backup is not a verified cloud copy. Check the latest backup before moving to another phone.
I cannot sign in
Choose Sign in if you already have an account. Check your email address and password. Use Forgot password to request a recovery email. Check your inbox and spam folder. If you still cannot access your account, contact us. A fresh account needs an internet connection; training continues offline after sign-in.
I see a saving error
Keep the app installed. Free some iPhone storage and try again. Do not delete the app while it may contain workouts that have not synced. If the error continues, contact support with the message shown.
Can I export or restore my data?
Open Profile & settings → Data and account. Export saves a personal training file. Import lets you review a file before confirming replacement of your local record. Store exports securely: they may include bodyweight, optional profile details and notes.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open Profile & settings → Data and account → Delete account and follow the confirmation. This permanently deletes your account and cloud backup. The app separately explains the ownership choices for the training record retained on your iPhone.
Those choices do not erase the local record. To remove it, delete the app through iPhone storage settings after confirming account deletion succeeded. Offloading the app does not erase its data. Delete unwanted export files separately from wherever you saved them.
How do programmes and Pump workouts work?
Choose a supported weekly frequency and your training days. Your programme repeats until you change it. Missed sessions do not automatically move the other days. Pump workouts are optional one-off sessions that leave your programme in place.
