LiftOS

YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy at LiftOS.

A guide to the information used by the current LiftOS iPhone app. Prepared 10 September 2026.

Who operates LiftOS

LiftOS is operated by CNVRT Digital. For questions about your information, contact hello@cnvrtdigital.co.uk.

Information the app uses

LiftOS uses your email address and account identifiers for sign-in and ownership of your training record. It stores workouts, exercise results, routines, programmes, bodyweight, preferences and information you choose to enter in your profile or notes.

Optional profile information may include date of birth, height and training limitations. You can leave optional answers blank. Installation identifiers support backups and ownership. The app stores session credentials in the iPhone Keychain.

How that information is used

Your information supports account access, workout tracking, progress views and cloud backups. A local record remains on your iPhone so you can train offline. Authentication and connected backups use Supabase; the primary database is hosted in London, United Kingdom. Account and password-recovery emails are delivered through Resend. Resend handles recipient addresses, message content and delivery records; its customer data is stored in the United States, even when email sending is routed through Ireland.

The current native app has no advertising tracking or third-party analytics SDK. It does not send your training record to an AI coach. Service providers may keep operational and security logs as part of running their infrastructure.

Storage, backups and deletion

Your local record remains on your iPhone until removed. Connected cloud data remains while your account is active. In-app account deletion removes your account and its associated active cloud data. Resend retains email and log data for 30 days on the current free plan. See Resend’s data protection information. Other provider backup and log copies may remain for their applicable retention periods; account deletion does not promise instant removal from every infrastructure backup.

The app explains the separate ownership choices for the record retained on your iPhone. To remove that record, delete the app through iPhone storage settings after account deletion succeeds. Offloading does not erase the local data. Export files remain wherever you save or share them, until you remove them there.

Your choices

You can edit profile information, correct workout records, export your training data and delete your account in the app. Contact us for access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests that the app cannot resolve.

Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection rights can also include restricting or objecting to processing, portability and withdrawing consent where consent is relied upon. You can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office if you have a concern about how your information is handled.

This website

These support pages do not ask you to create an account, submit a form or upload training records. They contain no advertising or analytics scripts. Hosting infrastructure may process connection information needed to deliver the pages and keep the service secure. If you email support, your email provider and ours handle that correspondence.

Updates

We will update this page when the app’s use of information changes and explain material changes where appropriate.
